We went into Blowing Rock, North Carolina to a cabin in the mountains that the cousins rented. It was so beautiful and cool and the meal was wonderful. Oh yes, it was great to see the peeps too.

Byron cooking lunch. We had marinated short ribs cut in pieces, placed on skewers and cooked to perfection. Also grilled marinated squash and onion. 
What a wonder spread for lunch. We also were served potato salad and watermelon.
We all feasted and talked ourselves out.
