Indian Villiage fish camp. In the spring they would move to the rivers and set up camps to harvest and cure fish for the sled dogs and themselves for the winter. They said that each dog would eat a fish a day and the had from 15 to 30 dogs per family. Just the dogs alone would take a lot of fish.
